At Template & Thrive, we offer instantly delivered digital products, including templates, printables, bundles, and downloadable files. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds on Digital Products

Digital products cannot be “returned” the way physical goods can.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the customer receives full use of the product permanently. For this reason, refunds are not possible, even if a customer decides they no longer want the item or cannot use it in the format provided.

This policy is standard across the digital-product industry to protect creators and prevent unauthorized distribution of downloadable content.

Limited Refund Exceptions

While all digital product sales are final, we understand that rare technical or billing errors can occur. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:

• Duplicate charges for the same product caused by a system or payment error

• Accidental multiple purchases of the same product made within a short timeframe

• Billing errors where a customer was incorrectly charged due to a processing issue

If a refund is approved under these circumstances, it will be issued to the original payment method.

To request review of a potential billing error, please contact support@templatepopstudio.com within 7 days of purchase and include:

• Your order number

• The email used at checkout

• A brief description of the issue

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Lack of use or inability to use the files due to software, device compatibility, or skill level. We provide detailed product descriptions, including file formats and any required software, on each product page. Please review these details carefully before purchasing, as refunds will not be granted for this reason.

• Failure to read product descriptions, included files, file formats, or license terms prior to purchase.

• Downloaded, accessed, or opened files

• Claims made outside the review window

All refund decisions are final once reviewed.

What Happens After Purchase

• You receive instant access to all files at checkout and via email.
• Files may come in large ZIP folders and may require a desktop or cloud storage to download properly.
• You will also receive any future updates we make to your purchased bundles at no additional cost.

While refunds are not available, we absolutely provide support.

• broken links
• missing files
• difficulty opening formats

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.
We log email opens and download access to protect against fraudulent refund attempts since digital goods cannot be returned.
