Yes, as long as you make them your own. Rebrand and customize each template before listing it, and follow Etsy’s Creativity Standards, which require that items you sell are designed or meaningfully customized by you. You can also sell on Stan Store, Beacons, Shopify, or your own website.

PLR (private label rights) lets you edit, rebrand, and sell a product as your own. MRR (master resell rights) usually lets you resell a product as-is and pass resell rights on to your buyers.
